Standard product shipping will take anywhere from 3-5 business days, excluding national holidays. For a list of national holidays, visit this page.
Orders containing products worth $30 or more shipping to a location in the continental United States of America (not including Hawaii, Alaska, or other US territories) will be shipped free of charge.
At the current time, we do not ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Russia, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu. We do not offer a return/refund service. We do, however, offer an exchange service in the event that your item was damaged and/or incorrect.
A damaged or incorrect product may be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately, the item may not be exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
To complete your exchange, a receipt and/or other proof of purchase is required.

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item or correct your incorrectly shipped order, email [email protected].
